We embarked on the journey towards Zero Carbon target
Arpack Packaging came together to find a solution to the global deforestation issue caused by wooden pallets. This problem was growing rapidly with millions of hectares of forests disappearing every year due to industrial activities worldwide.
The Arpack team organized numerous meetings and workshops to raise awareness of this issue and find an effective solution. Eventually, they proved that the widespread use of wooden pallets significantly contributes to forest loss. With this awareness, Arpack entrepreneurs and experts in the field came together to develop an environmentally friendly alternative to wooden pallets.
After extensive research and prototype testing, they introduced a durable and lightweight product made from recyclable materials, which they named KartonPalet®. These KartonPalet®s not only provided the functionality of wooden pallets but also contributed to preventing deforestation.
Thus, the KartonPalet® brand and its products emerged.

Standard Pallet Equivalent
The robust qualities of KartonPallet ® V1 include the integral reinforced frame made of 5 or 7 layers of corrugated cardboard. Creating a strong top surface with high dynamic and static capacities, KartonPallet V1 supports heavier loads up to 1,000 kg (dynamic) and is suitable for use with both open rack and roller conveyors.
EURO Pallet Equivalent
The extra robust qualities of KartonPallet ® V2 include the integral reinforced frame made of 5 and 7-layer corrugated cardboard. Creating a strong top surface with high dynamic and static capacities, KartonPallet V2 supports heavier loads up to 1,400 kg (dynamic) and is suitable for use with both open rack and roller conveyors.
Dimensions Special for You
KartonPalet® V3.x is specially designed in line with special demands. After our customers' shipment and storage analyses, product designs for the most appropriate carrying capacity and dimensions are carried out. Low-height and lightweight cardboard pallets for air shipments are in this category.
Cardboard Pallet Triplex Export Box
Pallet Integrated Box Module product is offered as a box mounted on a cardboard pallet, with a triplex body, angle bracket and cover. It stands out as having 5% more internal volume than its counterpart, being floor-friendly, lightweight and environmentally friendly. It has a carrying capacity of 1,200 kg. (can be increased further). It is widely used in the automotive, furniture and retail food industries.
